Regal Cinemas Reviews

Went to Regal last weekend and the movie itself was fine, but the concessions were disappointing. The popcorn tasted kind of stale, and my soda was basically a cup full of ice. What made it more annoying was that the website made it seem like the snack prices or deals were one thing, but once I got there, it felt totally different and way more expensive. I ended up paying almost as much for snacks as I did for the ticket, which is wild. I know theater food is pricey, but at least make it fresh. I’ll probably skip the concessions next time.

I’ve been using the Regal rewards program for a little while now, it sorta feels like one of the few rewards programs that’s actually worth keeping up with. The points build up fast when I’m buying tickets or grabbing snacks, and it’s always nice being able to use them for popcorn or a small discount here and there.
The app and Regal Cinemas have been easy enough to use, and my rewards usually show up without me having to mess with anything. It just makes going to the movies feel a little less expensive, which I definitely appreciate. 5 stars from me

I went to Regal last weekend, it wasn’t a great experience. From the moment we sat down, the seats felt old, cramped, and uncomfortable, and by halfway through the movie I was just counting down the time until it ended. There was barely any leg room, so I never really got comfortable. The layout of the theater didn’t help either. When we first walked in, it took us a minute to figure out where our row was, and the aisles felt way too narrow. During the movie, people kept squeezing past us, which got annoying fast. For what we paid, I really expected a much better setup.

I booked my tickets through the Regal app and it was quick and simple. The app worked fine for me, which is kind of a relief because sometimes these things are more annoying than they should be. Anyone else have the same experience?

I had a decent time at the movies, but the ticket prices and extra fees really add up. It is still fun to go, but it is not exactly a cheap night out anymore.

I tried using regal-cinemas.com to plan a movie night, and it was way more frustrating than it shouldve been. The showtimes were either missing or changed after I selected a theater, which is super annoying when youre trying to coordinate with friends.

It also only showed late times for movies I knew were playing earlier, so I ended up checking Google and calling the theater anyway. At that point, whats the point of using the site?

The staff at my Regal were really nice and got everything done quickly. It made the whole experience feel smoother and more enjoyable, which I always appreciate when I’m just trying to relax and have a good time.

I went in expecting a normal movie night, but the picture was so dark it felt like the projector bulb was overdue for a change. A few scenes were hard to make out, and the sound got kind of muffled here and there too. After paying for the tickets, it made me feel a little distrustful, like they’re happy to take your money but not really keeping the theater in good shape. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but it was definitely disappointing...
